Who are We?
Swadling Energy Assessments started trading in 2007 by Chris Swadling. Chris has over ten years experience within the retail/sales sector and understands the importance of client and customer relations. The importance of dealing with high expectations and standards bought into Swadling Energy Assessments came from Chris’ years of management experience prior to starting our company .
Chris has bought his high quality and high standards into the property market. We make sure that our association with Estate/Letting Agents, Landlords, Solicitors and home owners is of a friendly and personal approach.
In March 2010 Swadling Energy Assessments joined forces with Swadling Building Contractors to provide the ‘full property package’ to our clients.
Our background
SEA Associates started by producing inventories for friends and family. This grew into producing inventories for a small but well know local Letting Agent and assisting where required within to support the team, their Landlords and tenants.
The opportunity to train as Domestic Energy Assessors (DEA) became an obvious progression into the property service market and so began to produce Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) in September of 2007.
As the importance for Home Information Packs and Energy Performance Certificates grew SEA Associates believed that it would be beneficial to our clients to have a dedicated team to work with in order to keep high standards with great turn around times. This resulted in the creation of Swadling Energy Assessments.
